Here are just a few of the many things that were judged to be good:

-       Good teaching

-       Good pupil achievement and enjoyment

-       Good behaviour

-       Good care, guidance and support.

Welcome to Barford Primary School.  We are a small, friendly, rural school with a caring family ethos and strong links with the community. Most importantly, we strive to enable every child to achieve their full potential.

Barford Primary School is in the village of Barford, near Wymondham and Norwich.  We are a feeder school for Wymondham High School and the majority of our leavers continue their education there; some other children go on to Wymondham College.

There is lots going on at our school involving pupils, staff, parents and governors, so please explore our website to find out more.

The 'Friends of Barford School' is a very successful parent group that organise many fundraising and social events to raise money for the school. This includes the highly successful Barford Festival.  For more information, click on the Friends page and follow the link to the festival website.

Barford School is committed to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all its children.  If you see or hear anything which makes you concerned about a child’s health or safety, please click on the Child Protection link and follow the procedures outlined.
